Our Story
I grew up in a home where hospitality was more than a gesture - it was a way of life. At my grandparents’ home, Anant and Nita’s, every guest was welcomed with warmth, laughter, and genuine care. That legacy of belonging inspired Anita - a name drawn from theirs, but shaped into a philosophy. To us, hospitality isn’t simply about service; it’s about creating a space where people feel truly seen, valued, and embraced.

About Us
At The Anita Edit, we carry this philosophy forward by curating experiences and stories that honor both the artistry and the business of hospitality & lifestyle. Our Gardenia token - symbolizing trust, purity, and harmony - reflects this ethos. From an intimate speakeasy in New York to a healing Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala or a cultural craft in Tokyo, every feature is chosen not only to showcase a destination but to evoke connection, emotion, and belonging. With us, each journey transforms into a lasting memory.

Lorenzo Angiolini
Italian-born, Milan-raised kitchen enthusiast, with a deep passion for food, hospitality, and joyful chaos. He approaches cooking as both craft and cultural transmission; part ritual, part rebellion. Although not traditionally trained in kitchens, his pantry is an arsenal packed with ingredients from Italy, India and Japan.
His signature dish? Homemade tagliatelle with bottarga; simple, briny, unapologetic, much like his philosophy. Lorenzo cooks loud, pours Prosecco generously, and believes that true Italian excellence lives in the details most people overlook.
At The Anita Edit, he shares recipes that feel like secrets passed across the table, rooted in history, delivered with humor, and meant to be cooked for people you love. Consider this your drop of magic from the Italian cooking bible.
